Add custom shipping "delivery" option

Please note that if you haven't set up a custom shipping method, the default shipping option will be applied. The default option uses Canada Post regular pricing, which is approximately $5 to $10 per cart.

  • Log in to your administration panel.
  • Navigate to the "Settings" section and click on "Shipping methods"
    1. Alternatively if your store is new you can click under "Onboarding guide" 3rd option "Set up shipping" 
  • Under the "Shipping Methods" tab, click on the "+" button to create a new delivery method.
  • Set up (Manual - by rate areas) shipping 
    • Fill in the required information for the delivery method:
      • Shipping method name: Enter a descriptive name for your custom delivery method (e.g., "Custom Delivery").
      • Description: Provide a brief description of the delivery method.
      • Instructions for customers: Add any specific instructions or details that customers need to know when selecting this delivery method.
    • Configure the delivery method settings:
      • Rate calculation: Choose the appropriate rate calculation method for your custom delivery method. We offers various options, such as flat rates, weight-based rates, price-based rates.
      • Handling fees: If your custom delivery method requires any handling fees, you can specify them here.
      • Additional settings: If your custom delivery method requires any additional settings or parameters, configure them accordingly. These settings may vary depending on the specific requirements of your delivery method.
      • Example adding fixed rate shipping $10 for all canada
  • Set up (Real time - automatic Canada Post) shipping 
    • Fill in the required information for the delivery method:
      • Rate calculation , Shipping service
      • Shipping method name: Enter a descriptive name for your custom delivery method (e.g., "Custom Delivery").
      • Delivery time
  • Save the settings.
  • Test the delivery method:
    • Place a test order select the custom delivery method during checkout.
    • Verify that the order process proceeds correctly and that the delivery cost is calculated accurately.
    • If there are any issues, review your settings and make necessary adjustments.

Add custom payment methods

Kindly be aware that if you haven't configured a custom payment method, the default payment option will be utilized. In this case, customers will make payments to us, and we will subsequently transfer the amount to you without any additional fees.

You have the option to complete this form, and we will take care of setting up your custom shipping and delivery options on your behalf.

  • Log in to your administration panel.
    1. Navigate to the "Settings" section and click on "Payment Methods."
    2. If your store is new you can click on the 4th option in the Onboarding Guide "Set Up payments"
  • Click on the "Create payment method" or click on the plus button on top right to create a new payment method.
  • Craete you payemnt method (Paypal, Strip, E-Transfer)
    • Add Payment (PayPal):
      • In processor select PayPal
      • In Configure section write your paypal account email "make sure you create a paypal account before"
      • Finally Click on save
    • Add Payment (Stripe):
      • Finally past your stripe Publishable key and Secret key and save


    • Add Payment (E-transfer):
      • In processor select offline
      • In Name Write E-transfer
      • In payment instruction write your banking transfer email 

Test the payment method:

  • Place a test order on your marketplace and select the custom payment method during checkout.
  • Verify that the order process proceeds correctly and that the payment is captured as expected.
  • If there are any issues, review your settings and make necessary adjustments and contact us.

Paying for Subscription Fees

Changing Your Store Link

You can always change your bazari store link (Vendor Link) as they are not reserved 

Example https://bazari.ca/dokan

if want to change that firs go to your admin panel

On left click on Seller Info than SEO, from SEO name here you can change that at anytime to the new url
When change it's recomended to create a new redirect from the old store name so that if someone click on the old store name the platform will do the redirect itself

Add Product Variations

Variations are similar products that differ from each other only in one or a few features, for example: “green M-sized T-shirt” and “red S-sized T-shirt”. This kind of product requires 3 things:

  1. Let customers choose the feature values on the product page.
  2. Show some of the variations (for example, different colors) as separate catalog items. That way customers will see the color they need on the product list.
  3. Hide some of the variations (for example, sizes) from the product list. That way customers wouldn’t be confused by multiple T-shirts of different sizes with the same image.

To add variation go to products in your admin panel 


Create a Product or select an existing one


Select from product tabs (Variations), then click Add Variations 


Select the right variations type for you, if you didn't find it contact us


Choose the variations from the list you can select all or many, then click Create variations

 

The system will create new products with one variation group based on the number of the selected variations then you can change each product separately (image, price, options ...)


You can always click on preview to see how your product will look like

In this guide we are going to be explaining the steps to sign up to become a seller in Bazari .

Inside Bazari website in the top of it we can always see the "become a seller" button we can press on it 


after pressing on it we fill our information in the page that opens


only the information marked with a Red * is required you can keep  other things unfilled if you don't have an answer 

After filling the information we check the 2 boxes to agree then press submit 


you will receive and email from Bazari that contains the password you can log in and change it after

How to add your micro store link on your Instagram

Hello in this guide we are going to explain how to share your micro store on your social media . 

Its really important to share your micro store link on your social media shopping has never been easier using Bazari customers can just click the link and get directed to see all your products and choose from them or pick multiple and put them inside the cart 

In order to share our micro store on Instagram we go to our Instagram 

on our profile we hit edit profile


 

after clicking on edit profile we can see links option click on it 




then press add external link 


 we can link our Bazari micro store URL and type something like "order all my products through this link!" then click the blue arrow on top to save

How to change default password and reset the old old vendor admin password

It's normal that your forget your default password and in this guide will show you how to change it to a rememberable password and in case you forget it you can do a reset password 

To change your current password 

  1. Login to your account Here
  2. Click "Edit Profile"
  3. On password field write your new password
  4. In confirm passwords write your new password again

Add promotions to your products in Bazari (cart promotion)

In this guide we are gonna be explaining the cart promotion last time we explained catalog promotion you can check it Here

the difference between catalog and cart is that cart promotions applies the bonus inside the cart but catalog applies the bonus outside and inside lets say for example you wanna make a buy 2 get 30% discount for example or buy 2 get 1 free product

so we start with the same steps we did last time 

first we go to the admin panel


this time on top we choose cart promotion 


we fill the information here 




we go to conditions




we can see here a lot of choices I'm gonna use the example of buy X amount get X discount we press on total products in the cart 


then we choose the amount we want the customer to buy so he gets the discount in the next step inside bonuses

 

then we go to bonuses on top we press add bonus 



then we choose the type of bonus we want you can choose the type you want for my example I'm going to be giving discount on the products in the cart 


we choose add products 


here we choose the products that we want to get the bonus 


I want all of my products to get discount if I had the amount I choose in the conditions inside the cart 

choose then add products and close 


after adding the products we choose the amount of discount we want to be made 


you can read this to understand the meaning of the choices 
to percentage of the original price: the eligible products will cost 20% of their original price.
By percentage of the original price: the eligible products will cost 80% of their original price (price with discount = original price - 20%).
To fixed amount: the price of the eligible products will be set to 20 units of the primary currency of your store, unless those products already have lower prices.
By fixed amount: the price of the eligible products will be lower by 20 units of the primary currency of your store (price with discount = original price - 20).

after choosing and filling the amount we can click create on the top right

Add promotions to your products in Bazari (catalog promotion)

First we go to the admin panel you can press Here to go to the admin panel 

then we press on promotion 


from the top right we press on the + sign 


we have 2 choices catalog and cart cart promotion 

catalog means we want to add a promotion for example a certain price , cart promotion happens inside the cart for example you have certain items in the cart and you want 


lets start by explain the catalog promotion 


when pressing it we can see some information we can fill for example the name is anything above 30$ gets 20% discount 

description we can leave empty or explain it we can also add an image scroll down 


we can add a duration for our promotion , down we can see the stop other rules check box if you tick this it means other promotion cant work together at the same time and then we see the status  we can use it to show if we want the promotion working leave it activated for now if you want to you can disable it after the promotion ends

after filling general we go to conditions 


then we can see inside the condition tap press add condition 


then we see tab press on it  

after that we can choose our condition type we can choose a product price or lets say a certain product lets select product price for example 


then press the tab we can choose the price of the product 


then we can choose the type of condition we want to do 

then choose the product price for example we are going to choose if the price is equal or greater 

after that we can choose the price that the items we choose gets discounted on

after filling it go bonuses then press add products 



in bonuses we choose the type of discount we want to do press add bonus then the tab 


press product discount then press the tab again
